The Old Vicarage Hotel and restaurant arelooking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager who is looking to progress further to be part of their team in this quality property in Worfield near Bridgnorth.
As Assistant Manager your duties will include duty management shifts, providing operational support to all departments, organising resources appropriately. All candidates should have a passion for the industry, be standards driven with good attention to detail. This position offers fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified university leaver.
You will also be required to:
- Undertake duty management shifts
- Provide effective operational support to all departments
- Guest liaison and coordination of services
- Responsibility for Food and Beverage Service
Experience / Qualifications
Previous management experience within a hotel environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. You will have duty management experience and an understanding of Health and Safety in the work place. Applicants must be well presented and have strong customer service skills
