| Brief description |
A late Victorian gentlemans suburban villa, typical of the many thousands of such houses that were built for prosperous business and professional people on the fringes of Victorian towns and cities. Sunnycroft is one of the very few perhaps the only one to have survived largely unaltered and complete with its contents, of which a remarkable range remain. The grounds amount to a mini-estate, with pigsties, stables, kitchen garden, orchards, conservatory, flower garden and superb Wellingtonia avenue
Note: There is no car-parking at the property except for disabled visitors, who may also be dropped at the house. Visitors must use the public car park at Wrekin Road
