Staffing
The Old Vicarage hotel will provide all plates and side plates and these will be removed from the premises when finished all washing up will occur away from your home.
The chef will require access to your home 1.5 hours before you sit down for dinner.
Table Service Staff
The waiter will be available to carry out the following functions:
- Drinks service
- Passing round of canapés, (If two waitresses required coat collection on arrival can be offered).
- Full meal service
- Clearing and cleaning of pre dinner drinks
- Wine & Water service at the table
- Tea and coffee service
- Digestif service if required.
The waiter will then ensure the kitchen area is left clean and tidy with all work surfaces cleaned and floor mopped (if applicable).
We are also able to offer all crockery, Cutlery and Glass ware should you not wish to use your own.
We are able to offer a very large selection of wines, please ask for more details.
