Please confirm your reservation. A £50 deposit per room is requested (non returnable) please. For overseas holiday guests confirming a reservation we request a deposit equivalent to the full night's charge please. |

| Dinner and Dress Code |
|
When reserving on our Leisure Break Tariff, we automatically reserve a table for dinner each night. We regret that no reductions can be made for meals not taken. Our dress code is smart, casual, no jeans please. |

|
| Arrival and Departure Times |
|
Arrivals from approximately 2 p.m. Earlier times may be possible by arrangement. Departure by 11 a.m. please. |

|
|
| Collections |
|
We are able to collect from all major airports and train stations if required |
|
|
|
| Children |
|
Whilst we have limited facilities for children we actively encourage them to stay. Rooms particularly suitable for families are Coalport and Stretton (adjoining) and Wenlock (the family suite) |

|
| Dogs |
|
We accept well behaved dogs to stay in their owners rooms at £10.00 per day. |
|
|
|
| Disabled Guests |
|
Ground floor rooms Allscott and Leighton are available in the Coach House. Allscott - category 3 and Leighton - category 2 - Holiday Care Service Awards. Please ask for more details of either room. |

| Picnics |
|
Please order the night before. |

| Room Service |
|
Available at all reasonable times. Continental breakfast only available in your room until 10.00 a.m. but please order the night before. |

|
| Small meetings |
|
A quotation and brochure can be given on request. |

|
| Cancellations |
|
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation is a contract between us. If you have to cancel please let us
know immediately so that we may endeavour to re-let the accommodation. For any reservation cancelled within three days of date of arrival or curtailed through premature departure a charge equivalent to the full value of service booked will be made if the room remains un-let. Please consider insurance if your travel plans are uncertain. A leaflet is available for your attention. |

| Payment |

We accept all usual methods of payment. Cash, cheques, Switch, Visa Mastercard, American Express and Diners Card. |
|
|
|
| Non Smoking |
|
All our bedrooms are non smoking. However smoking is permitted in the conservatory where an extractor system operates. |
|
|
|
| Tariff Change |
|
The tariff may be altered without prior notice, but we normally hold our prices for the whole year. |
