Montgomery’s cheddar
Montgomery’s cheddar is rich with long lasting fruity/meaty flavours and quite a dry texture. Voted supreme champion cheese at the great British cheese awards 2004. Old fashioned fruity cheddar made on manor farm in Somerset by James Montgomery and Steve Bridges from unpasteurised cow’s milk .
A casinca
Goats cheese from Corsica. The cheese benefits from the maquis area and has an herby, nutty flavour as it ripens.
Munster
Made from cow’s milk in the Alsace, this soft, unpressed rind washed cheese has a distinctly strong flavour
Pont l’Eveque
A square cheese from Normandie with a washed rind and medium strength flavour. Made from unpasturised cows milk
Cropwell Bishop Stilton
This award-winning cheese is hand-made by one of the last British independent Stilton makers. Cropwell Bishop is fantastic Stilton, with a strong yet sweet and creamy flavour.
